Pokemon Fusion Generator

This creative Pokemon naming tool generates hybrid creature names by combining syllable components from an extensive database of 200+ official Pokemon spanning Generations 1 and 2. The fusion algorithm extracts the prefix (first syllable portion) from one Pokemon and combines it with the suffix (ending portion) of another, creating unique hybrid names like "Pikazard" (Pikachu + Charizard) or "Bulbasaur" variants.

Each fusion result displays the combined name, inherited type combinations from both parent Pokemon, and clear attribution showing which creatures contributed to the fusion. Users can filter by generation to create fusions exclusively from Kanto (Gen 1) or Johto (Gen 2) Pokemon, or mix across all available species. Batch generation produces 4-20 fusions simultaneously for rapid exploration.

The type inheritance system combines types from both parent Pokemon, displaying up to two types per fusion matching official Pokemon game mechanics.
