From there, it reads each pixel's brightness and applies your chosen threshold to decide which pixels print as black. Zebra printers only print in monochrome, so this step is what determines how sharp and clear your label looks. Slide the threshold higher to darken the image, or lower to lighten it. Toggle Invert Colors if your image needs a white graphic on a black background.

Once every pixel is mapped, the tool builds a ^GFA command — the ZPL instruction Zebra printers use to render bitmap graphics. It wraps that in a standard label block (^XA … ^XZ) and gives you clean, printer-ready ZPL code.
