In this tutorial, you will learn how to send unlimited bulk WhatsApp messages for free. So, in case you are looking for an easy way to send personal invites for any event or share an important message with your WhatsApp contacts, then you have come to the right place.
Before getting started, please note that WhatsApp has some strict policies against spamming and spreading fake news, so please avoid spamming people and send bulk messages to unknown contacts. If WhatsApp detects that you are spamming people, then it will block your number.
To send bulk messages on WhatsApp for free, I will use a Google Chrome extension. Using the bulk WhatsApp message sender in this tutorial, you can send unlimited messages to your friends. The only downside is that you can’t personalize messages in its free version. To send bulk personalized WhatsApp messages, you have to buy its pro version.
How to send bulk WhatsApp messages to your contacts
Now, let’s see the steps to send bulk messages on WhatsApp:
Step 1: First of all, search WSender in the Chrome Web Store and then click on the Add to Chrome button, as shown in the screenshot below.
After adding the WSender Chrome extension, it will automatically open the WhatsApp web.
Step 2: Now, you have to connect your WhatsApp mobile with WhatsApp web. If you know how to connect with the WhatsApp web, then feel free to skip this step.
To connect your mobile account with WhatsApp web, open the app and click on the + button. After that, scan the QR code, which is shown on your desktop screen. Now, your WhatsApp web is active, and you can use it to send bulk messages.
Step 3: To start sending bulk messages on WhatsApp web, click on the WS Chrome extension icon on the Chrome toolbar, as shown in the screenshot below.
Now, you will see a dialog box where you have to specify WhatsApp numbers to whom you want to send messages in bulk and define the content of the message. The best part is that you can also upload a CSV file of your contacts. For testing purposes, I am merely adding 15 numbers manually, as you can see in the screenshot.
Another thing that I liked in WSender is that it offers text formatting options as well. Therefore, if you want to make your message more readable, then you can use these formatting options to make text bold, italic, underline, and strikethrough.
Once you have specified numbers and the message you want to send, click on the Send Message button, and the WSender Chrome extension will start sending messages on by one. In the pro version, you can also specify the time delay between sending messages.
Pro features of WSender Chrome Extension
1. Customize the name in the message.
2. Bulk send image, video, audio, and file attachments.
3. Filter WhatsApp numbers from Excel Sheet
4. Save your messages as templates
5. Extract contacts from groups and more.
As mentioned earlier in this tutorial, do not send bulk messages in large numbers, then WhatsApp can block your number. Follow these steps to reduce your chances of getting blocked by WhatsApp.
- Don’t send messages from your primary business number.
- Use mobile internet to send bulk WhatsApp messages. Do not use WiFi.
- It is better not to send bulk messages to unknown WhatsApp contacts as they can report your number for spamming.
- Don’t send more than 50 messages at a single time.
- Don’t exceed more than 500 messages in one day.
Your number might get blocked even after following these precautions, so wisely choose when and how you should send mass messages on WhatsApp.
